Homemade Salad Dressing!

When someone eats a salad, they are under the expectation that they are filling their bodies with good nutritious sustenance. While that may be true some of the time, many times, a salad can be quite harmful if it is paired with a 'not so great' salad dressing. Nobody eats a salad trying to cause inflammation and sickness- but that can be exactly what happens if you have a salad dressing that CAUSES inflammation and sickness!

Many store bought salad dressings (even those labeled as "healthy") are quite toxic. Rancid oils, added sugars, neurotoxic fake sweeteners, bad thickeners, dyes, and preservatives are just the tip of the iceberg.


This homemade salad dressing is the perfect solution! Filled only with real and clean ingredients, it takes your salad to the next level!


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup organic Balsamic Vinegar or organic Red wine Vinegar

  • 1/4 cup (cold-pressed and unrefined) extra virgin Olive oil

  • 1-2 Tbs. 100% pure Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning


Instructions:


  • Mix all ingredients in a container and shake, shake, shake!!!
