What was your life like before Ideal?
Kim: Frustrating... knee and hip pain altered my training for a 1/2 marathon and my daily working out, going up and down stairs, daily movement, etc.
What is your life like now?
Kim: So much better! the pain is gone and my treatments here continue to take a pro-active approach in keeping a balance in my overall health and body.
If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?
Kim: Stated previously I feel it brings a balance to your body. Not only to the physical aspect but to the mental aspect as well. Plus Dr. Brandon and the team are wonderful and knowledgeable!
