What was your life like before Ideal?
Bill: Stabbing pain in left lumbar area and limited mobility in right shoulder.
What is your life like now?
Bill: Much better! I have more range of motion in my shoulder than before and the stretches given to me certainly help maintain my lumbar.
If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?
Bill: I believe it can help someone avoid surgery or help someone who's had surgery, avoid having surgery again.
