What was your life like before Ideal?
Joan: I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia in Nov. of 2020. I had constant heartburn and it was difficult to stick to such a restrictive diet. Medication only helped slightly.
What is your life like now?
Joan: After the treatments, I rarely have heartburn. My back (upper) sometimes hurts and I take very little medication. my condition is much improved.
If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?
Joan: Chiropractic care is much different in the past and much more sophisticated now. You learn so much more about how your body works and the practices you do adversely affects your body. I would recommend this care for anyone on a regular basis.
