What was your life like before Ideal?
Sara: Dealing with lower back pain that made me feel 20 years older than I am. Horrible plantar fasciitis to the point getting out of bed took time.
What is your life like now?
Sara: I feel better and younger with my back. I don't feel like I was lifting all day even after having a desk job at the end of the day.
If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?
Sara: Overall better quality of life.
