What was your life like before Ideal?

Adriana: Constant headaches, neck pain, numbness in my hands when I woke up. Had to take pain reliever often and really had no relief for long periods of time.

What is your life like now?

Adriana: Much better every day life. I wake up with no numbness, don't have headaches as often, neck pain has decreased significantly. Much more energy daily and I don't spend as much time wishing away my aches and pains.

If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?

Adriana: It helps to improve our everyday life in ways you don't realize. We think it's just a one time fix, but really we should visit more often to help in the long run.
