What was your life like before Ideal?

Chris: As a construction worker, I would experience a lot of lower back pain and also experience frequent headaches. I was always completely worn out after work and struggled to accomplish things around the house.

What is your life like now?

Chris: I'm more confident in my daily life because my back isn't in as much pain. I feel I can get more accomplished around the house. I am more energetic.

If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?

Chris: If you're feeling down because of chronic pain I would 100% try chiropractic care. I was very skeptical before I came to Ideal and now I'm a believer.
