What was your life like before Ideal?

Taylor: Back felt constant need to be cracked. Difficult to get comfortable in bed.

What is your life like now?

Taylor: I'm more aware of my posture or when I feel out of place- It's easier to get comfortable and I don't hardly ever crack my back forcefully at home.

If you could narrow down to one reason why someone should receive chiropractic care, what would that reason be?

Taylor: Easier day to day movement.
