21 Day Cleanse

What does the cleanse aim to achieve?

This is NOT just another weight-loss cleanse. The Standard Process cleanse is designed to reset and restore your gut function. It’s designed to purify, nourish, and help patients maintain a healthy body weight. It’s also easy to follow by eating whole foods, exercising, drinking nutritious shakes, and taking supplements made with whole food and other ingredients. Even if we spend most days choosing healthy choice foods, we can still have bad gut function and absorption. This cleanse is important to improve overall digestion but also detox at the cellular level. One of the most important organs targeted by this cleanse is the liver. If the liver isn't working properly then we cannot cleanse our blood and remove toxins or inflammation.

Purification, also known as detoxification, can help you remove natural toxins from your body and help maintain a healthy weight. We are exposed to external toxins on a daily basis. These include pollutants, pesticides, and chemicals. Internally, our bodies produce waste byproducts as a result of normal metabolic function. Although your body is designed to rid itself of these toxins naturally, it can become overburdened. Purification offers your body additional support to expel and metabolize these toxins and manage weight, which is important to maintaining your health and vitality

What are we cutting out on this detox?

The first 10 days of this cleanse is designed to minimize the different food put into the body so that the body can focus on detoxification and healing. Much of the diet to start is fruits, vegetables, lentils and supplements.

SUGAR fuels bad bacteria in our gut and causes adrenal fatigue.

CAFFEINE ramps up our fight or flight response and causes dependencies / addiction.

GRAINS break down into sugar overtime.

ALCOHOL is an inflammation toxin that is damaging to our gut.

PROCESSED FOODS are made from synthetic ingredients that we struggle to digest and create inflammation of the body upon digesting.

DAIRY is a common allergen in our normal American diets.
