Chopped Cabbage Salad

This recipe was one that we really stretched ourselves out on a limb for… our family does not really love red cabbage. When I tell you that we LOVED this salad, believe me.. we LOVED this salad! Check out the recipe below!

Chopped Cabbage Salad

1 small head red cabbage

1 small head of broccoli

1 small head of cauliflower

1 ½ cups carrots

1 cup finely chopped parsley

1/4 cup toasted organic sesame seeds

1/4 cup organic sunflower seeds

Chop all vegetables finely and mix in the seeds. Refrigerate until ready to serve. We elected to serve a few dressings on the side, as these ingredients can wilt quickly… and who doesn’t love options when it comes to your dressings? Check out a few of our favorite recipes below!

Vinaigrette Dressing

¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon of grainy mustard

1 tablespoon of raw, organic honey

¼ cup of olive oil

1 tablespoon of celery seed

Sprinkle pink Himalayan salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

½ cup organic olive oil

¼ cup rice vinegar

3 tablespoons freshly grated ginger

2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons liquid aminos

1 teaspoon raw, organic honey

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

2 tablespoons of water
