EGG ROLL IN A BOWL

Love the taste of egg rolls, but not a fan of the unhealthy aspects that can come with fried food? Then this recipe is PERFECT for you! Egg roll in a bowl is the perfect combination of healthy, easy, and delicious.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb 100% Grass-fed Ground Beef

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • 1 Tbs Ginger Powder

  • 2 Green Onions

  • 1 Small Onion

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Amino Acids

  • 1 Tbs Rice Vinegar

  • 2 Tbs Sesame oil or Sesame seeds

  • 1 16 oz Bag Cole Slaw mix (or) 1/2- full cabbage sliced and 2-3 shaved carrots



Instructions:

  1. Cook ground beef in a pan until fully cooked

  2. Add in chopped garlic, onion, and ginger

  3. Add in the coconut amino acids, rice vinegar, and sesame oil/seeds

  4. Lastly, throw in the cole slaw mix until soft.

  5. Sprinkle with more sesame seeds and green onion!

 

This meal is really great with an added CRUNCH... pair with Tortilla chips!!! (our favorite is the SIETE brand!)
