Fresh, Homemade Salsa

My mom has perfected the homemade salsa recipe. It took a little bit of convincing, but she finally decided to let me share it with all of you - we are a family who eats a lot of Mexican food, so finding a recipe for chips and salsa that isn't as high in sodium or grains was a big game changer in our journey to a healthier lifestyle. We love pairing it with Enjoy Life's sea salt lentil chips (we get them in town at Meijer, or you can find some additional flavors on amazon!)

Fresh Salsa Ingredients + Instructions

10 Diced Organic Tomatoes

1 Medium Vidalia Onion

1 Diced Jalapeno

1/2 - 1/4 Tsp Cumin

Pink Himalayan Salt to taste

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until consistency is what you're looking for in a salsa!
