Honey Blueberry Overnight Oats! (GF, DF)

Overnight oats are such a quick, easy, healthy breakfast! Not only are they simple to make, but it's loved by all ages. Make it the night before and in the morning, all you have to do is grab a spoon and breakfast is ready!

Chia seeds add a boost of healthy fats to feed the brain, honey is filled with antioxidants, and oats are nutrient dense!


Ingredients:


  • 1/3 cup GF Oats

  • 1/3 cup Almond milk (or nut milk of choice)

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk yogurt (or nut yogurt of choice)

  • 1 tsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbs. Honey

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions:

  • In a mason jar or bowl, combine all ingredients except the blueberries.

  • Stir thoroughly

  • Top with blueberries, and cover with a lid.

  • Let sit overnight.

*If it is a little dry in the morning, add a few drops of nut milk and mix well.

*This can be enjoyed hot or cold.
