I'm always looking for new ways to use my instant pot. While searching for a new way to make salmon, I ran across a recipe on Pinterest for instant pot salmon! This inspired me to add my own spin, place it in the instant pot... and 3 minutes later, voila! A perfectly cooked, juicy piece of salmon (and super easy cleanup!)
2 Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Filets
2 Tbs. 100% Grassfed Butter
Place your steam rack insert in your instant pot, and fill the bottom with 3/4 cup water.
For your salmon, sprinkle the top with sea salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning then place on top of the steam rack.
Place 1 Tbs. each of grassfed butter on your salmon filets.
Manually set your instant pot to 3 minutes on high pressure. Once it's complete, quick release the pressure.
