Lamb is such a great meat to cook with. It has a similar taste to beef, and is full of nutrients. Lamb meat is loaded with many vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, and B12. This recipe is so versatile as you can add any combination of vegetables to it. For this version, we chose to add onion, carrots, and new potatoes.
16oz Grass-Fed Lamb Steaks
1.5 lb bag New Potatoes
1/2 bag Organic Baby Carrots
1 Organic Onion
1- 16.9oz box of Kettle and Fire 100% Grass-fed Beef Broth
2 Tbs. Rosemary
Chop up onion and cut up meat into cubes.
In a crockpot combine all ingredients and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
