Peanut Butter and Fruit Breakfast Waffles!
2 Birch Benders Toaster Waffles
2 Tbs. Organic Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Blueberries
1.5 tsp. chia seeds
Cook blueberries over the stove at a medium temperature. Squish the blueberries to make it cook down quicker and become more of a liquid consistency.
Once blueberries have cooked down they will be more of a liquid consistency. You can add water if there is not a lot of liquid, (you need liquid for the chia seeds to soak up and create a jelly like consistency,) remove from heat and add chia seeds.
Stir well, and let sit for 5 minutes.
While blueberries sit, toast your frozen waffles in a toaster.
Once toasted, spread with peanut butter.
Check consistency of blueberry/chia seed mixture. It should be thickened up with little to no liquid left.
Add on top of waffles.
