Tomato Salad!

Tomato salad is the perfect side dish to a refreshing lunch or a great snack throughout the day! As summer is slowly coming to a close- I still find myself craving cold refreshing straight from the garden, fruits and vegetables. This hits the spot!

The sweet, juicy tomato combined with tart balsamic vinegar, and all the seasonings = PERFECTION! Plus it takes less than 5 minutes to make, which always equals a bonus when it comes to recipe wins!



  • 1 Large Organic Juicy Tomato

  • 2 Tbs. Organic Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/4- 1/2 Organic Bell pepper (optional)


  1. Chop the tomato into chunks. (peppers too if adding)

  2. Sprinkle Balsamic vinegar over tomatoes (and peppers.)

  3. Add your sea salt, pepper, and garlic.

  4. Mix well

*Other add ins could be avocado, cucumbers, and even fresh grass-fed mozzarella cheese!
