Vinaigrette Dressing


• 2 ⁄3 cup olive or flax oil

• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar or fresh lemon juice

• 1 clove garlic, minced

• ¼ cup water


Mix together and add herbs to taste.

SERVING SIZE: 2 tablespoons
