What to do when you have a cold or the flu

The cold and flu season is around the corner with the weather changing now. There are some good preventive measures that you can take to help your body fight the different sicknesses that you may be exposed to. If you do happen to start to get sick these same things can be increased to help your body fight the infection and get better quicker. These are common things that I do as well.

  1. Get Adjusted- By getting adjusted studies have shown that you can increase your immune response of the body by up to 200%. This is because the nervous system directly controls the immune system tissues and the response time of the body. It also helps with drainage of the lymph and sinuses.

  2. Vitamin C- A critical vitamin used to help the body create immune cells. Also used to stimulate immune cell response time in the body. The more immune cells we have and the quicker they move, the quicker the sickness gets attacked.

  3. Vitamin D- A critical vitamin used to help the body create immune cells. Also used to stimulate immune cell response time in the body. The more immune cells we have and the quicker they move, the quicker the sickness gets attacked.

  4. Zinc- A critical vitamin used to help the body create immune cells. Also used to stimulate immune cell response time in the body. The more immune cells we have and the quicker they move, the quicker the sickness gets attacked.

  5. Colloidal Silver- Silver is a natural antibiotic and antiviral agent. This can be taken orally and helps to actually target and kill pathogen cells in our body. The silver will actually kill the disease cells and then be excreted out of the body.

  6. Elderberry- Provides the body with plenty of extra antioxidants to help boost immune response in the body. Studies have shown that elderberry taken each day can decrease the time of a flu infection by as much as 4 days.

  7. Vitamin B- A critical vitamin used to help the body create immune cells. Also used to stimulate immune cell response time in the body. The more immune cells we have and the quicker they move, the quicker the sickness gets attacked.

  8. Humidifier or nebulizer- If we have a respiratory infection then the use of water vapor can help to break up the different pathogens in the lung so that they can be coughed up and moved out of the lungs.
