Yerba Mate Tea!

This tea is made from the caffeinated leaf of the llex paraguariensis- which is found in South America. There are multiple health benefits associated with this type of tea! This loose leaf tea holds an equivalent amount of caffeine to coffee, is rich in vitamins, amino acids, and polyphenols. It's also believed to aid in weight loss, boost your immune system, and lower your risk of heart disease! WOW!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tsp. Loose Leaf Organic Yerba Mate

  • 2 Tbs Organic Lemon Juice

  • 1-15 drops Sweet leaf Stevia (to taste)


Instructions:

  1. Heat water

  2. Add your loose leaf tea and steep for 3-10 minutes

  3. Add Lemon juice and Stevia drops to taste
